I contacted Burker’s customer support several times, and every response was friendly, professional, and helpful. When the tracking stopped updating, the team quickly investigated the issue and arranged a replacement shipment. Their communication throughout the process gave me confidence that they genuinely cared about resolving the situation. In the end, both shipments arrived safely. Although the delivery took much longer than expected, I truly appreciate Burker for standing behind their customers and providing excellent support.
