Shipping and returns
Delivery from our warehouse in the Netherlands normally takes 2-7 business days within Europe.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas.

We have a 14 days return policy. The return fee is 5.95 EUR for orders placed in European Union. You can create your return here.

Order and Payment
Once an order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days for us to process it before passing the order to the delivery service. You will receive an email with your order confirmation including the order number as soon as you place your order on the website. Your order number starts with letters BU.
You can only place an order with Burker at our website. Please add all the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon. After you have selected your items, please click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. The page that will open will allow you to fill out your shipping information and pay for your order.
We offer a wide variety of payment methods. Our safe payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, iDeal, Przelewy24 and Klarna.
Once your order is dispatched, we cannot apply any changes to your order or cancel it. However, if your order is within the processing time (1-2 working days after the order was placed), please reach out to the support@burker.com and include your order number in the email subject. Product information
All our watches are stainless steel. The glass of the watch is made of hardened mineral glass.
The watches have water resistance of 3ATM. We recommend that you avoid all contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch when showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or any activity where it is exposed directly to water. The watch is resistant to everyday use and light rain.
All watches use a Japanese Quartz Movement.
You can adjust the strap on any watch from Burker, apart from the Diana model.

We usually receive re-stock every 2-3 weeks. You can open the page with the item in question and click “Email when available”- this way you will receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock.
