We offer shipments with different couriers. We are sending from the Netherlands.

See below for the estimated time of delivery and the name of the courier.

Please note: For orders shipped to an address outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are charged upon delivery to the specified shipping address. You are responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. Please be aware that BURKER has no control over these charges and, as they vary by country, BURKER cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Troubleshooting

Does the tracking indicate that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it? Don't worry!

If the shipping address is correct and your neighbours haven't received it either, your package will most likely arrive within the next few days. Sometimes carriers scan packages a bit too early.

Have you still not received your package one week after the delivery notification?

Returns

You can return with our return service. The return costs are €5,95 for orders in Europe.

Based on the destination country, a small shipping charge will be added to your return outside Europe.

For this you can send an email to return@burker.com.

When you have received your order, you can return within 14 days. 

Please be aware that the product and the packaging must be in the same condition in which you have received it in. Labels and plastic protection films must still be attached and the watch must be inactivated (the plastic stopper attached onto the crown). The products must be unused and in their original packaging.

We will send you a notification by email when we receive your return and when we have processed it. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

In case the product is received broken or damaged, the buyer is obliged to inform us immediately and we will send further instruction of how to proceed.

We will inspect the product carefully and when a default (not caused by the customer) is detected, a repaired product or a replacement will be sent back and the customer will be reimbursed for his/her expenses.

Our returns platform may not offer a return label for every country. Therefore, you may be able to purchase a return label yourself at your local post office to send back to us.
