I haven’t received any confirmation. What now?
The order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that you filled out when ordering. If you can’t find it, please check your spam box and if you are sure you can’t find it, please contact us.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping.
How long does it take until my order arrives?
That depends on where you live:
Europe = 1-2 working days
Rest of the world = 2-4 working days.

How can I track my order?
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, BURKER WATCHES will send customers a track and trace code, allowing them to track the order from their computer at any moment until final reception.

Can I cancel/return my order?
Yes, you can return your order up to 14 days from the day you receive the order, without stating a reason (note that the watch and packaging must be returned in the same state as when received). In case you want to return your product, please contact us.
I have received a damaged watch or wrong item. How should I proceed?
We check every product prior to the shipment but if something is wrong with the product you have received, please, contact us. We will send you a form that you are kindly asked to fill in and enclose with the products when you send it back to us.
